Shafiul Alam Shazib is the best Driver Instructor you'd ever need. I had another driving instructor who needed to travel to his home country for a family issue 2 weeks before my test date. In so much fear and anxiety I reached out to Prompt Driving School and Alam came. He asked what my weak points were. Sidcup had too many roundabouts and we spent a whole day on it till my fear went out the window and he corrected my other mistakes. I have never seen someone that thorough and caring. He always treated and spoke to me so kindly. I passed last week, March 17th 2025, on my first try as he kept telling me I could do it after 3 lessons. Thank you, Alam. Mohammad helped my pass my test quickly with good instruction kept me aware of my strengths while giving me the tools to improve on my weaknesses. From lesson 3 I felt like a confident driver and from there I just needed to get good enough to pass the test which I did in no time at all. Mohammad is experienced with the various test routes and the examiner mindset and did well to position me so that I was fully aware of what I'd have to do when test came about. He provided constant support and encoragement through my driving journey and a great character even first thing on a Saturday. Highly recommend.

Mohammed is such a great guy first of all and then an amazing instructor. I’ve had 6 different instructors and I can tell you that I can spot a good one when I see them. Mohammed is nothing short of a patient, brilliant, and calm headed instructor. He brushed off my rough edges with only 8 lessons in total.
